Shipping Information

We offer express shipping at NO extra costs, absolutely free, when you purchase with us a minimum of SGD$50.00 and above. Express shipping refers to products delivered to you at your doorstep within 24 hours after you have received ‘Order Received’ email from us.

Self Collection

Self-collection can be done anytime at our flagship store between 11am to 7pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Our flagship store is located at 50 East Coast Road, #01-104, Roxy Square 2, Singapore 428769.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently we offer one type of shipping, which is our express shipping. We do not accept international shipping at the moment.

Delivery Charge

Any purchase order made under SGD$50.00 will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$5.00 for delivery islandwide.

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking code will be sent to you once order has been made, you may track your order under “Track Your Order” on our website. Simply key in the your Order ID and Billing Email to track your order. For more information, feel free to contact us at +65 6348 7489.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Every purchase on our website requires an account to be registered, before you are able to make purchase. By doing so, it eases your access to track your order in the future too!

Credit / Debit Card or PayPal:

 1.      Please remain contactable on the day of your delivery

 2.      Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order during your selected timeslot

3.      If no-one is available to receive your order upon arrival at your delivery address, the delivery attempt will be considered failed

4.      If the delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to our warehouse the next working day

5.      Kindly prepare the “Purchase Order” and show it to our delivery guy.

Product Warranty

All normal-priced items comes with a warranty of 7 days within purchase, starting on day of purchase inclusive. You may choose to contact us through info@toysasia.com.sg, or give us a call at 63487489 during operating hours. All promotional products does not come with warranty, which refers to our ‘No exchange or refund’ policy. However, should you require any assistance with regard to operating the product, we are pleased to offer you a demonstration upon receiving the product.

Product Repair

Repair of product is limited to certain products that we offer, example, drones. We offer a free diagnostic test when you purchase with us, however, proof of purchase is needed when prompted. Repair of products may incur additional costs, which will be advice after diagnostic test. Consumer has to agree to repair costs before any repair has been done.

Product Returning

Return of products is only applicable for full-priced items, which refers to non-discounted and/or promotional items. Return of products has to be done within 7 days of purchase, or upon delivery date, starting on day of either option whichever comes first inclusive. All return products has to be in original packaged condition, with all tags and labels in place, together with the original receipt or invoice

Product Exchange

Exchange of products can only be done if product has factory defects. Exchange of products has to be done within 7 days or purchase, or upon delivery date, starting on day of either option whichever comes first inclusive. All exchange products has to be in original packaged condition, with all tags and labels in place, together with the original receipt or invoice.
